You are invited to celebrate the birth of Jesus with a worship concert, “While Shepherds Watched Their Flocks by Night,” on Sunday, December 15 at Oreland Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 1119 Church Road, at 7pm. First Baptist Church in Lansdale will also host the concert at 3pm the same day. The combined 40-voice choir will sing a variety of anthems, and the congregation will sing several Christmas carols. Bells of Praise and JuBELLation will join to play two-choir bell and chime arrangements, and vocal and instrumental soloists will take part throughout the hour. Pastor Ron Lutz has written the narration, in which five shepherds tell the Christmas story from their perspective. Please come away from the busyness of the season to rest, rejoice and celebrate the coming of the Messiah! A reception will follow each concert.
