The Ushers team meet 20 minutes prior to the worship service in the Papermill Rd Narthex. One usher is dispatched to the Church Rd sancutary entrance to hand out bulletins. Ushers also pass the offering plates, make sure there is a phone in the Papermill Rd Narthex for emergency use and return it to the Sacristy after the service and hand out the News and Notes at the end of the worship service. Ushers offer a second greeting to church members and visitors as they enter and leave the sanctuary.

OEPC Greeters warmly and cheerfully greet members and visitors as they enter the church before worship. This sets the mood for our worship service. Greeters are needed for both entrances to the sancuary (Church Rd and Papermill Rd)
