The Children's Sunday School is truly blessed with faithful servants who use their God given talents to teach the children and the youth. Each student sees in action that God's plan is true! We stress through our memory work that, "Your Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light for my path," Psalm 119:105. We give the first graders their own NIV New Adventure Bible. We want each child to grow in God's Word. We use Great Commission Publications curriculum for our Sunday School.

Adult Education consists of three to five classes held each week during the period from September to June and one to two classes during the summer. Courses are generally offered in six week cycles. There is an attempt to offer courses which deal with the basics of faith, Bible study, church history, theology and doctrine, life application, social issues and Christianity's response to other religions.

The Junior Church Ministry is provided for children ages 4 through second grades from September to June during the 8:30 worship service. The children remain in the worship service with their parents until the Scripture reading and then are released to their own room for their lesson and theme related crafts and/or activities. They have been using Gospel Lights Kid Time Series: God's Kids Grow.

The Adult Education Team offers an opportunity each season of Lent to prepare for the events of Holy Week. During the five Wednesday nights between Ash Wednesday and Holy Week, we provide a light dinner of soup and sandwiches followed by a variety of special presentations. Sometimes we invite outside speakers to bring us a message. Soup for the Soul feeds our spirits as well as our bodies.
Service Opportunity: Setup/Food Preparation/Serving/Cleanup

Ice Cream Inspirationals are special programs presented by the Adult Education Team during Wednesday nights in July where we fellowship over a bowl of refreshing ice cream and then we are spiritually fed by a special presentation or speaker.

Vacation Bible School is our church's annual outreach to the children of the community. It is for 5 mornings during a week in July. This ministry is attended annually by 125 to 200 children. Children are taught God's Word through a daily lesson, skit and songs in chapel, lessons and songs in classrooms, crafts, recreational activities and children fellowship during snack time. This week is closed out with a program on Friday night. The entire church family is alive with God's Word and activity during this week. As this ministry continues to grow, it requires a commitment of up to 100 servants. During VBS, a mission is chosen for the children to support by daily monetary contributions and prayer.. This ministry continues to be one of the most exciting offerings and best outreach of our church.
